1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a standard Rental Agreement which must be signed digitally before delivery of hardware. The User agrees to use the hardware for lawful purposes and is responsible for any damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required for certain high-value assets. This deposit is fully refunded within 7 working days of the hardware's safe return and inspection.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, TechRent and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on TechRent. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from TechRent for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TechRent, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. TechRent, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
